Accenture in India is seeking a Business Interlock Specialist focused on Talent Development with Instructor-Led Training (ILT). The role involves developing and maintaining SOPs, delivering process training across Finance and Accounting functions, and ensuring process compliance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.

• The role is responsible for developing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders and SMEs. It also delivers process and system training across Finance and Accounting functions, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report, while supporting certifications, onboarding, and process compliance. • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
