Role Overview

Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.

- Deliver end-to-end process training for US healthcare operations (new hire and refresher training) on concepts and tools 7 applications
- Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, process decks, job aids, and assessments
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions aligned with business requirements
- Support business RAMPs and transitions by ensuring timely and effective training delivery
Roles and Responsibilities
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
- The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
