Job summary

Piramal Finance is seeking an HR professional to manage HR operations and employee engagement at our Hubli branch. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management, attendance, and payroll‑related activities with close alignment to business teams.

You will handle employee relations, policy implementation, and HRMS processes while partnering with branch leadership to address on-ground challenges across Karnataka. Prior NBFC/financial services exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Business HR / HRBP / Field HR, NBFC/Banking or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong experience in manpower handling and employee lifecycle management.
• Able to work with business teams across branch/cluster/state geography.

Requirements -

• Ability to work closely with business teams and manage HR requirements across a branch/cluster/state-level geography.
