Job summary

Piramal Finance is seeking a skilled HR professional to lead HR operations and employee engagement across branches in Hyderabad. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management, attendance, background verification, salary cases and HRMS administration.

You will partner with business leaders, manage employee relations, address ground-level challenges, and drive HR policy implementation and clear employee communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Business HR / HRBP / Field HR, preferably within NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in manpower handling, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and branch-level HR operations.
• Ability to work closely with business teams and manage HR requirements across a branch/cluster/state-level geography.
