Job summary

Shubhshree Hospitality Company is seeking an Expansion Manager to oversee end-to-end development and setup of new outlets in Pune, Maharashtra. The role covers site development, project coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely outlet execution with quality and cost controls.

The ideal candidate will manage architectural and civil coordination, review floor plans and BOQs, and monitor electrical, plumbing, and kitchen installations while traveling to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expansion Manager to manage the end-to-end development and setup of new outlets. Freshers with relevant Architectural/Construction knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
