Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a field-based role to generate leads for car loans through dealer networks and market references. You will profile customers, collect documents, and perform initial credit assessments, explaining products, eligibility, rates, and terms.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and proven ability to work in rural markets with strong communication and negotiation skills. Field travel within assigned locations is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with NBFC/banking/automobile/rural finance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of rural markets, agriculture ecosystem, and customer acquisition activities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel extensively within assigned locations.
