Job summary

SkillLabs in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Sales Associate to drive tractor loan financing. You will generate leads, visit dealers, and acquire new customers while explaining loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.

You will collect KYC and documents, coordinate with Credit and Operations for smooth processing, meet sales targets, and maintain a strong pipeline through local travel for field visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in tractor finance, vehicle finance, agriculture finance, or retail lending sales.
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer visits.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for tractor loan financing.
