Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Assam is seeking an energetic Agribusiness Development professional to promote tractor loans and farm equipment financing. You will build relationships with farmers and dealerships and identify new business opportunities.

The role requires understanding of agricultural markets, credit analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to tractor finance. This position offers exposure to rural banking sales within a leading agro-finance company.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in agribusiness development or rural finance.
• Knowledge of farm equipment loans and financing options.
• Excellent communication for dealership/farm relationships.

• Manage relationships with farmers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to promote tractor loans and farm equipment financing.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, sales prospecting, and market research.
