Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India is seeking a field-based Loan Officer to generate leads, visit dealers, and source new car loan customers while building a robust local network.

You will profile customers, collect documents, and perform preliminary credit assessments; explain products, eligibility, rates, and terms; and coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; NBFC/banking/auto finance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles.

• Ability to work in the field and travel extensively within assigned locations.
