Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at Grow10X. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospects for B2B SaaS clients through outbound activities such as cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social selling. The role includes researching target accounts, understanding key decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings that support revenue growth. The individual will collaborate closely with strategists and sales development teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tools. Regular responsibilities also include meeting activity targets, reporting on pipeline metrics, and continuously improving outreach strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with a strong focus on outbound calling and consultative conversations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing early-stage relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting cold outreach and engaging prospects clearly and professionally.
• Relevant experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools to manage pipelines and track activity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
