Job summary

SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata seeks a marketing and business development professional to drive franchise growth and strengthen school partnerships.

The role focuses on expanding SIP’s reach and building productive collaborations with schools in the region. You will obtain permissions, conduct parent presentations, generate leads, support franchisees, execute local marketing, collect dues, and manage relationships with schools and key stakeholders across the city and surrounding

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling teams of 4–5 members are preferred to handle franchisees.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain school permissions for SIP contests and activities.
• Conduct Parent Presentations.

• Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.
• Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
• Collect marketing outstanding dues.
• Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.

Skills Required
