Job summary

PeopleStrong in Uttarakhand is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to generate new customer business for GL and third-party offerings. You will aim to achieve monthly sales targets, expand the customer base, and support cross-selling of group products to Gold Loan customers.

You will also adhere to lending norms, assist in interest collection, and participate in branch catchment activities to generate leads and convert them into active customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with a focus on sales or business is preferred.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior field sales or outbound sales exposure is a plus.
