THINK CHAMP PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking energetic Business Development Officers to join our Sales Team in Tirupati. You will generate leads, counsel prospective students about courses, convert inquiries into enrollments, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

You will follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, while meeting monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Freshers with a go-getter attitude are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

About the Role

Think Champ is looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Officers (BDOs) to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students about our courses, converting inquiries into enrollments, and building strong relationships with students and parents.You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand our course offerings deeply, follow up on leads through calls/WhatsApp/walk-ins, and consistently meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has good persuasion skills, and is motivated by achieving targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Freshers with a go-getter attitude are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling is a plus, but not mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to work under targets and handle rejection positively
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant sales experience
• Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently with leads
