Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Surat seeks a Field Sales Executive to generate new customer business for Gold Loan and third‑party products, aligning with market norms and branch targets.

You will achieve monthly sales targets, cross-sell and upsell third‑party and group products, ensure lending norms and integrity, support collection, and develop catchment to generate leads and convert them to customers. The role requires graduate qualification, strong communication, and a proactive, empathetic team

Formación

• Graduate/Post Graduate required.
• 1 year of field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert to sales.

Responsabilidades
