Job Description

The person shall:

1. Create an effective plan to improve marketing and build the business, including formulation of business strategies and implementation schedules.
2. Drive new business presentations aligned with the company’s strategy.
3. Provide marketing & communication support to the Environmental Consulting and Engineering verticals.
4. Produce marketing materials such as credentials presentations, press releases, and project case studies.
5. Manage existing client relations and build new relationships with potential clients.
6. Attend and organize events and conferences, research new opportunities.
7. Drive marketing initiatives like case studies, client testimonials, and blogs.
8. Work closely with directors and the technical team.

Prerequisites:

• Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure market in Mumbai/India.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development within Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Relevant graduation/Postgraduate degree or MBA.
