A real estate consulting firm in Mumbai is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on-site. Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision in real estate projects.
• Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in creating bar charts and pie charts for reporting.
• Knowledge of RCC, concrete curing and building piles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily plans from the site engineer are executed.
• Maintain daily reports and petty cash.
• Check and report mistakes in the building drawings.
• Oversee RCC curing and concrete work per plan.
• Maintain petty cash and manage on-site logistics.
• Check columns/slabs and create slab checklists.
• Coordinate with project Architect, PMC, MEP & contractors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans.
• Prepare bar charts and pie charts for progress tracking.
• Liaise with RCC consultant, Architect & MEP to report issues.
• Communicate politely with stakeholders including MHADA/BMC.
• AutoCAD 3D & 2D drawing, building layouts.
• Must be aware of shore piling and building piling.

Responsibilities

• Reaching site on time, should be available in case of emergency
• Receive plans for the day from site Engineer and ensure same is being executed
• Maintain Daily Reports
• Daily curing of RCC members
• Maintain petty cash
• Checking of columns / slabs (making a checklist for slab)
• Coordinating with project Architect, PMC, MEP & contractors
• Making daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans
• Making bar chart and pie chart
• Taking every 50 cubic meter or less cube of concrete and sending it for checking on its due time
• Study the drawings and report mistakes to RCC consultant, Architect & MEP
• Polite in communication with Architect, RCC consultants, MEP, BMC & MHADA Officers
• AutoCAD – 3D & 2D drawing, building layouts
• Must be knowing Shore piling, building piling, etc.
