Location: Boduppal, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Acquiring new clients, building vendor partnerships, and securing IT job orders for the internal recruiting team.
Identify, prospect, and pitch IT staffing and staff augmentation services to new direct end-clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management systems (VMS/MSP) to ensure repeat business and account expansion.
