Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Bavdhan, Pune, is seeking an experienced Business Development professional for staffing augmentation. You will open doors, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, with a focus on IT/Non IT staffing.

Ideal candidates drive new client acquisition, manage relationships with HR Heads and CTOs, and close staffing deals while meeting revenue targets. Office-based role, six days a week, with active networking and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition for IT/Non IT staffing and staff augmentation services.

• Understand client hiring needs and position the right staffing solutions (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from first conversation to negotiation and closure.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure quick turnaround and quality delivery.
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
• Grow existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Business Development Staff Augmentation who understands the IT/Non-IT staffing industry inside out. Someone who can open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. If you have a strong network, enjoy client conversations, and know how to close staffing deals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new client acquisition for IT/Non IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
• Building and managing relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, CTOs, and business leaders.
• Generating leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, references, and industry connections.
• Understanding client hiring needs and positioning the right staffing solutions (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
