Job description

We are looking for a Specification Manager who can drive strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms, while leading specification efforts and influencing project outcomes across the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms (DSP, Edifice, M Moser, Space Matrix, etc.)
• Drive brand approvals in BOQs / tender documents across key projects
• Create and implement a specification strategy for the Mumbai market
• Ensure strong liaisoning and relationship management with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage project pipelines and dashboards for tracking opportunities
• Ensure pipeline visibility, tracking, and conversion from specification to order
• Work closely with sales teams to convert BOQ approvals into closures
• Drive early-stage engagement to secure preferred/approved vendor positioning
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (360° exposure) from design to execution

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in specification
• Proven experience in leading and scaling teams (must-have)
• Strong network with top architecture & MEP firms in Mumbai
• Demonstrated success in getting brands approved in
• Strong understanding of the commercial project ecosystem
• Leadership mindset with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and growth
