Theta Controls in Pune seeks a result-driven sales professional to drive automation product sales across PAN India, from demos to closure. You will coordinate technical validation, proposals, and client meetings.

The role requires BE in E&TC/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, strong regional market knowledge, own two-wheeler, and willingness to travel nationwide, with a track record in industrial sales.

Qualifications

• BE graduate in E&TC/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation is required.
• Sales experience in automation and process industries across PAN India.
• Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel PAN India; knowledge of manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• He must be able to manage the cycle from product introduction through demo, proposal, and deal closure.
• Own project discussion, technical validation, and proposal finalization with prospective clients.
• Redesigned processes for both the sales and backend teams to improve turnaround time.
• Segmented customer data by nature of business to improve targeting and conversion.
• Coordinating and hosting client-facing company visits based on customer requirements.
• Handled marketing and sales of company products, including on-site customer support and troubleshooting.
