Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager for IT Projects and IT Sales in Pune. The role focuses on acquiring new IT services and software development clients, driving revenue, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

The candidate should excel in communication, negotiations, and presenting technical solutions, with strong experience on online bidding platforms and CRM usage. This is a hands-on client-facing position reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT services sales or IT project acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT services and software development projects.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and domestic clients.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Explore opportunities on IT outsourcing, web development, mobile app development, AI, cloud services, etc.
