Qualifications

• 1–4 years in diagnostic sales, preferably genetics, IVF or women's health domain.
• Strong interpersonal and scientific communication skills.
• Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell reproductive genetics tests (Prenatal & postnatal) to fertility specialists, gynecologists, pediatricians, and hospitals.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and training sessions for clinicians and lab partners.
• Ensure timely sample collections, logistic coordination, and follow-up for reports and queries.
• Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and activity reports through CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the reproductive genetics division.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in genetic diagnostics.
