Dr Lal PathLabs in Kolkata seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead the expansion of high-end genomics tests and drive diagnostic growth. You will manage a team, generate new business, and ensure targets and budgets are met.

In this field-based role, you will meet doctors and healthcare professionals to discuss Cytogenetics, Molecular Diagnostics, NGS, and HLA, and build a robust network for sample collection and service delivery. 14–18 years in diagnostics/pharma preferred.

Qualifications

• 14-18 years of diagnostic/pharma experience.
• Bachelors degree in science/engineering/pharma as listed (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Pharma).

Responsibilities

• Business development & sales target achievement through team, promoting high-end genomics tests.
• Lead generation and closure for genomics departments like Cytogenetics, Molecular Diagnostics, NGS, and HLA.
• Service customers and identify clinical needs; meet doctors & healthcare professionals for business growth.
• Keep track of genomics developments and provide feedback.
• Build and manage networks for sampling and service provision.
• Field work to achieve sales targets for high-end genomics & super specialized tests.
• Team building, training, and resource allocation.

Scope Of Work

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for Generation of new businesses and manage a team, building rapport with business. Ensuring achieving targeted budget and growth. Achieving targeted business of the zone. Expansion of business with SOP's in place. Smooth running of the zone.

Here Is What You Will Do

• Business development & sales target achievement through team, promoting high-end genomics tests through technical sales discussions.
• Lead Generation and closure to provide growth for highly specialized genomics departments like Cytogenetics, Molecular Diagnostics, NGS, and HLA.
• To service the customers and help identify the clinical need gap for genomics vertical growth.
• Work in the field to meet doctors & Healthcare professionals for business generation.
• To keep track of the latest developments in genomics & provide feedback.
• Help create & support necessary network to sample picks & service provision
• Field working to meet doctors & healthcare professionals for business Development & Sales target achievement for high-end genomics & Super specialized
• Efficiently perform team building, training, development exercises, and allocating & managing the resources effectively.
• Knowledge of high-end tests and techniques including Cytogenetics, Molecular Diagnostics, NGS, and HLA for a rich consultative discussion with Clinicians
• Identify the clinical needs of Clinicians and help end customers and help for genomics vertical growth.
• To keep track of the latest developments in genomics & provide feedback.
• Help create, manage & support necessary network to sample picks & service provision .

What Are We Looking In You

• Experience: 14-18 year experience in Diagnostic/ Pharma
