Key Responsibilities
Commercial Development
- Drive account penetration and territory growth through strong customer engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and hospital decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and manage key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Execute field sales activities: product presentations (NIPT, Oncology portfolio including SPOT-MAS / MCED), coverage visits, product sampling.
Administrative & Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for send-out model and lab sample workflows.
- Liaise with laboratory logistics team for recovery of incomplete consent forms or rejected patient samples.
- Ensure smooth and compliant sample workflow implementation within accounts.
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and data consolidation.
- Communicate test results to healthcare professionals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to territory planning and execute sales strategies aligned with overall commercial goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Profile
We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about science and making an impact in diagnostic healthcare. You are an ideal fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field (or equivalent 4–10 years of relevant experience/training).
- Solid understanding or hands‑on experience in NGS (Next‑Generation Sequencing) workflows – highly preferred.
- Background in oncology, non‑invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), and/or MCED (SPOT-MAS) – a strong advantage.
- Prior experience covering South GMA territory is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to read and interpret:
- Business publications
- Technical SOPs
- Regulatory or government guidelines
- Excellent analytical and practical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions in various formats (written, verbal, diagrams, schedules).
