Job summary

Stryker Hr Solutions is seeking personnel for on-site site visit and sales support in Delhi/NCR. The role involves visiting construction sites, maintaining relationships with site offices, contractors, and consultants, and converting project leads into business opportunities.

You will support technical and sales teams to prepare offers and coordinate product demonstrations. The position focuses on firestop products and requires strong communication and field-based engagement with real estate,

Responsibilities

• Identify, connect and maintain database of the Construction Site by the Type of Construction (Real Estate, Infra-projects, Industrial, Maintenance Work, Faade Works etc.)
• Analyze and forecast the site requirement with the key contacts for firestop products
• Maintain the PR and cordial relation with the Site Office / Contractors / Consultants / Architects
• Converts the projects leads in favor of company
• Inspect the installation carried out by applicator

Job description

Site Visit

Others

• Achieve Monthly sales and collection target.
• Solution provider to the Technical and Sales Team (Analyze and prepare the techno commercial offer based on the data received from sales, support technical team to prepare BOQ and BOM)
• To explore the potential of product requirement at the projects.
• Train applicators on firestop applications
• Coordinate demonstration
• Developing / Nurturing Dealer & Direct business
• Daily Reporting to Manger Firestop and Foams.
