• Promote passive fire protection solutions, including firestop sealants, fire barriers, penetration seals and fire-resistant compounds.
• Identify project requirements and recommend suitable fire protection solutions.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers and purchase teams.
• Generate project leads and identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product specifications, approvals and application support.
• Track tenders, competitor activities and market opportunities.
