Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development/Account Manager in IT staffing to manage and grow key client accounts in the domestic market.

You will be the primary contact for client stakeholders, understand hiring needs, and deliver talent solutions while collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role emphasizes driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment services.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strategic thinking with a consultative approach to client engagement.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus.
