Job summary

ExcelR Edtech Pvt. Ltd. in Patna invites a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead Government and institutional initiatives across the North East.

The role focuses on building partnerships with Government bodies, universities, and CSR entities, while leveraging GeM and CPPP portals for opportunities. The candidate will develop and manage strategic tie-ups, prepare EOIs and RFPs, and drive revenue through skilling projects, AI education, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in Government Business Development, PSU/Institutional Sales or Skill Development.
• Strong North East network.
• Experience with government tenders and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with State Governments, Central Ministries, PSUs and CPSEs.
• Identify opportunities through GeM, CPPP and State procurement portals.
• Establish, develop, and manage strategic business tie-ups with Government Universities, Government Colleges, Educational Institutions, and other Government bodies to drive institutional partnerships and business growth.
• Build relationships with senior government officials and institutional leaders.
• Prepare EOIs, RFPs, technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop partnerships for skilling, AI education, faculty development, employability and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate internally for bid submission and project acquisition.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline and periodic MIS reports.

Position Summary:

Lead Government and Institutional Business across the North East Region by developing opportunities with Central and State Governments, PSUs, autonomous bodies, universities, CSR organisations, and skill missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business with State Governments, Central Ministries, PSUs and CPSEs.
• Identify opportunities through GeM, CPPP and State procurement portals.
