Job summary

Consultant is hiring for a role in Mumbai to expand its wealth solutions network. You will identify and build relationships with professionals and businesses, developing a strong referral channel and generating qualified leads for the company.

The position targets candidates with 5 years in sales or related fields, with freshers also encouraged if they show excellent communication and the right attitude. Prior experience with professional networks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, banking, insurance, recruitment, loan distribution or relationship management will be considered.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
• Experience with CAs, lawyers, loan agents, recruiters or other professional networks will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with professionals and businesses in the candidate's local area.
• Regularly visit:
  • Chartered Accountants (CAs)
  • Lawyers / Advocates
  • Loan Agents / Loan Consultants
  • Recruitment Agencies
  • Tax Consultants and other professional intermediaries
• Explain relevant financial products and investment solutions offered by our client in a simple and professional manner.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company & products and services in order to communicate them effectively.
• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with referral partners.
• Make regular follow-up visits and calls to existing contacts to strengthen relationships.
• Identify potential clients through referral partners and generate qualified leads for the company

Experience

• 05 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, banking, insurance, recruitment, loan distribution or relationship management will be considered.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
• Experience of dealing with CAs, lawyers, loan agents, recruiters or other professional networks will be an advantage.
