Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil or Bachelor's in Architecture required.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in project development and client relationship.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Segment wise achievement of business plan.
• Converting enquiries to orders to meet objectives.
• Managing customer outstanding to control working capital.
• Developing new business and building relationships with key accounts, architects and PMC.
• Managing enquiries and tenders and tracking competitor activity.
• Achieving high customer satisfaction and collecting feedback via MIS.

• Segment wise achievement of business plan
• Ensuring conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP

1. Working Capital Management - Customer Outstanding

• Working with internal & external stakeholders for Working Capital control

1. Business Development

• New Business development & relationship Building for Key Accounts/New Accounts/Architects/PMC
• Promoting integrated offering & generate business for other LOBs and BU of Godrej
