Responsibilities

• Billed Sales & Order Booking – achieve segment-wise targets and convert enquiries into orders.
• Working Capital Management – coordinate with stakeholders to control customer outstanding balances.
• Business Development – develop new accounts, nurture relationships with architects/PMC, promote integrated offerings across LOBs.
• Key Account Management – handle enquiries and tenders; gather market information and competitive insights.
• Customer Satisfaction – maintain and improve satisfaction levels over time.
• Realizations – conduct competition analysis and provide MIS feedback.
