Job summary

KGreen Consulting & Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–10 years in Enterprise IT sales. You will identify new customers, nurture key accounts, and drive growth across cyber security, cloud and digital transformation.

You will work with OEMs, pre-sales and delivery teams to convert prospects into revenue, manage a robust sales pipeline, and meet ambitious targets while engaging CXOs and delivering consultative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales or system integration.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Experience with cyber security, cloud, infrastructure, networking, data protection, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong relationships with enterprise customers across BFSI and UCB.
• Ability to engage CXOs and deliver consultative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition (Hunting).
• Grow and manage existing enterprise accounts (Farming).
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with OEMs, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
