Job summary

Masterbatch Industries in Kota, Rajasthan seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with 10+ years in masterbatch and polymer compounding. You will drive revenue, identify new business, and manage key accounts while coordinating with production and supply chain to hit targets.

Travel extensively is required; you will monitor market trends, support distributors, and report forecasts to senior management for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Polymer Science, Chemistry or Marketing) is preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience in masterbatch & polymer compounding.
• Proven experience in business development and key account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
