Responsibilities

• Manage complete plant production and day-to-day operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Color Matching of Engineer Polymer, Shade Development and Color Correction.
• Plan and monitor production to achieve quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Manage manpower, shifts, machine utilization and raw material consumption.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive productivity improvement, process optimization and cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and operational standards.
• Lead, train and develop the production and technical team.
