We are seeking an experienced Dubai Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role you will be selling luxury residential properties across Dubai s top developments directly to investors and end-users. This is an in-office position located in Gurugram India. We strongly encourage applications from real estate professionals currently residing in Dubai UAE who are planning or open to relocating to India.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement - Manage, nurture and convert high-intent leads interested in buying and investing in real estate in Dubai.
• Property Advisory - Consult clients on Dubai property market dynamics yield potential Golden Visa benefits off-plan projects and ready property transactions.
• Deal Facilitation - Conduct virtual walk-throughs, sales presentations and negotiations to close transactions remotely from our Gurugram office.
• Market Expertise - Stay updated on developments from major UAE builders (e.g. Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel) and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Dubai Market Experience - Prior experience selling Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market) is strongly preferred.
• Relocation Willingness - Must be ready to work physically full-time from our office in Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates currently in Dubai must be willing to relocate independently.
• Sales Track Record - Proven history of meeting high-value sales targets, particularly with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
