Job summary

Soffit Infrastructure Services in Kochi is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, privacy, and compliance consulting services to grow our client base. You will generate and manage opportunities across consulting, assurance, and cybersecurity services, drive SOC 1/2, ISO27001, GDPR, privacy assessments, and IT audit work.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client discussions through commercial negotiation and closure.

Work closely with the Presales and Consulting teams to understand client requirements, define the appropriate solution, and support scoping and client discussions.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.

Preferred Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within cybersecurity, audit, risk, compliance, or consulting services.
• Good understanding of SOC, ISO 27001, VAPT, and related cybersecurity services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Experience in professional services or consultative selling is preferred.
