Job summary

Resource Search Consultancy is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for 3PL & 4PL to drive growth in warehousing, transportation and distribution. You will build new logos, tailor logistics solutions, and close profitable contracts with strategic customers.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate with operations, and own revenue targets, margins and customer retention through fleet optimization and cross-functional negotiations.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in 3PL, 4PL, contract logistics, warehousing or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and secure profitable logistics contracts.
• Develop business across warehousing, transportation, distribution and CFS.
• Prepare logistics solutions, proposals, costing and commercial offers and lead negotiations.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales/business development team.
• Achieve targets for revenue, gross margin, new business, volumes, customer retention and profitability.
