Key Responsibilities

Systematic followup and lead generation through multiple channels. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in industrial and residential projects.

Meet and engage with industrial clients, corporate houses, and investors to promote our offerings. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm partnerships.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients. Collaborate with the operations and project teams to align business development with execution.

Candidate Profile

He/She should have a B.Com/ Postgraduate/ or MBA (Marketing) qualification with 5–10 years’ experience in the residential industry (flats, villas, highrise buildings) or the industrial warehouse sector, within the age group of 25 to 35 years.

He/She should have strong knowledge of industrial spaces, warehousing, and real estate markets, along with excellent

communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi, and a willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business expansion.

He/She should be energetic, selfmotivated, and a gogetter with a proven track record in business development, possessing strong leadership and analytical skills.
