With rapid expansion underway, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager (Operations) to lead and oversee our diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

He/she is fully responsible for strategic planning, project evaluation, and execution ensuring smooth workability, execution, and timely delivery of the projects. He/she monitor budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with quality standards. He drives land promotion, location assessment, and project feasibility. He/she will direct report to Director

Candidate Profile

MBA (Marketing) or Postgraduate qualification having 8-10 years' experience in the residential industry (flats, villas, highrise buildings).

Age: 30-40 years.

Strong knowledge of execution, project management, and evaluation. Proficiency in local languages with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving project demands.

Preference for candidates from Tamil Nadu or Kerala ( Both male & female)
