Job summary

Ankyah Infinity in Bengaluru is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager to acquire new customers and grow our IT Talent Delivery business. You will leverage a strong network among HR Heads and Recruitment Managers to close small to mid-sized deals, generate meetings, and drive independent business growth.

Preference for immediate joiners, with freelance options possible. This role offers opportunities to establish long-term client relationships and contribute to scaling IT

• Successful track record of converting small to medium-sized recruitment/resource requirement deals.
• Ability to generate new customer meetings, requirements and business independently.
