Job summary

BVG India Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Business Development with mandatory FM industry experience to identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into business opportunities.

You will develop client relationships, generate leads through cold calls, visits, references, market research, and participate in tenders, RFQs, and negotiations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

About the Role

BVG India Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager Business Development with mandatory experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Candidates without Facility Management industry experience are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relations with prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Facility Management industry experience is compulsory.
• Experience in B2B sales/business development will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Travel for client meetings and business development.

Qualification & Experience

• Industry Experience: Facility Management – Mandatory

Note: Facility Management industry experience will be preferred.
