ADECO ENERGY INDIA FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive new business opportunities and promote integrated facility management solutions across corporate, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare segments in India.

You will build strong client relationships, prepare customized proposals, and lead campaigns to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Promote facility management services such as housekeeping, security, manpower supply, technical maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and prepare customized service proposals.
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and service demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales reports using software.
