Job summary

Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd is seeking two motivated individuals for a BD - Tele-calling role focused on connecting with blue-collar workers across India. You will speak with people from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, understand their needs, build trust, and guide them at their own pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Calm, patient, and composed – especially while handling varied callers.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and engage them clearly and empathetically.
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English based on the caller's comfort.
• Understand the needs of blue-collar workers and guide them through the process patiently.
• Maintain call quality and ensure every interaction is professional and caring.
• Log and track call details accurately on a regular basis.
