Job summary

Showcraft Productions in India is seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to assist in coordinating with clients, preparing presentations, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of client requirements.

You will maintain client databases, schedule meetings, and track follow-ups, while researching new business opportunities and providing admin support to the BD and Client Servicing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in coordinating with existing and prospective clients.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain client databases, meeting records, and follow-up trackers.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing meeting notes.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and pending information.
• Research potential clients, corporate organizations, and business opportunities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development and Client Servicing team.
