Job summary

iSmartRecruit is a SaaS company offering an ATS + CRM platform for recruitment agencies and corporates worldwide. We are launching a 5‑month Customer Success Training Program for fresh graduates, with a stipend from month 2 and a full‑time role after completion.

During training you will learn the product, onboarding, and customer success practices while collaborating with the team. Location is Rajkot; UK shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with any graduate or postgraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer onboarding and product training.

• Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to join our 5-Month Customer Success Training Program.

During the training, you will learn our product, recruitment processes, customer communication and SaaS Customer Success practices while working closely with our team.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Customer Success Executive with 2,40,000/year + incentives, based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop a strong understanding of the iSmartRecruit platform.
• Assist with customer onboarding and product training.
• Communicate with customers through calls and emails.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with their queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Who We Are Looking For

• Freshers interested in Customer Success, SaaS and technology.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Prior experience or exposure to recruitment agencies will be a big plus.

Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, HR or related fields are preferred.
