Job summary

NextInHR, a product of iSmartRecruit, invites energetic freshers to a 5-Month Digital Marketing Training Program. You will learn SEO, content marketing, social media, and growth initiatives while supporting our global HR platform.

Stipend starts from the 2nd month, and successful trainees may move into a Digital Marketing Executive role. Upon completion, the position offers a full-time opportunity with a salary of 2,40,000/year, based on performance.

Qualifications

• Freshers with interest in Digital Marketing, SEO and Growth Marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong interest in learning SEO and online marketing.
• Target-oriented and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute SEO and digital marketing activities.
• Promote NextInHR modules including HR Jobs, Gigs, Profiles and Marketplaces.
• Drive registrations, job postings, gigs and other targeted activities.
• Work toward defined monthly activity and growth targets.
• Perform keyword and competitor research.
• Create and optimise website content, blogs and landing pages.
• Support programmatic SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Assist with link building and off-page SEO activities.
• Manage and grow NextInHR's social media presence.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings and marketing metrics.
• Research HR industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, responsible and target-oriented freshers to join our 5-Month Digital Marketing Training Program.

During the training, you will learn and work on SEO, content marketing, social media, website growth, keyword research, link building and digital growth initiatives for NextInHR.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Digital Marketing Executive with 2,40,000/year, based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute SEO and digital marketing activities.
