Job summary

2coms is seeking a Business Development Executive for Beauty & Cosmetics in Gurgaon. This full-time role combines retail store duties with field visits to grow sales through retailers, distributors and vendors.

You will generate leads, promote products, conduct product sampling, support launches, and maintain retailer relationships, with a focus on MIS reporting and Excel-based tracking. Local travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Up to 11 months of Sales/Field experience.
• Basic MS Excel / MIS knowledge is mandatory.
• Must be a local resident within 10 km of the assigned retail store.
• Personal two-wheeler (Bike preferred) is mandatory.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Prior Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time Retail Store + Field Visits

Stipend: 16,000 18,000 per month

• 6 Days Working
• Sunday Fixed Week Off
• Retail store-based role with regular local market visits
