Qualifications

Graduate degree in any discipline (2021–2025 pass-out)
Freshers encouraged to apply
Up to 11 months of prior sales or retail experience is acceptable
Must be a local resident within 10 km of the assigned store
Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred) with valid driving license is mandatory
Prior exposure to the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG retail sector is preferred
Male candidates are preferred for this role

Responsibilities

Conduct regular market visits to identify and develop new sales leads using provided data and personal referrals
Engage with distributors, retailers, and vendors to present product portfolios and drive adoption
Execute product sampling and promotional activities at retail outlets to enhance brand visibility
Implement focus product campaigns and ensure timely deal closures within the assigned territory
Support retailers and distributors with on-ground business development initiatives and operational guidance
Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and key market insights
