Job summary

CSB Bank Ltd is seeking a field sales professional to drive Gold Loan growth in assigned markets across Kerala. You will acquire customers, map opportunities, and plan sales activities while supporting branches with onboarding and loan processing.

Role requires ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other retail banking products. 0–3 years experience and a Graduate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–3 years of experience in sales or banking.
• Experience in field sales and customer acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and area mapping to identify business opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and other approved sourcing channels.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to drive Gold Loan business in assigned markets.
• Meet prospective customers, assess financing requirements and promote suitable banking products and services.
• Support branches in organizing customer meets, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
• Participate in exhibitions, business events and marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and business generation.
• Coordinate with branches and internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other retail banking products and services to customers.
