JOB ROLE: Business Development Executive (BDE)- US Staffing

Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years
Location: Jaipur On-site
Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, generating sales opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline.The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven US staffing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
• Identify and acquire new US staffing clients while building long-term business relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and present Key2Source INC.'s staffing solutions.
• Conduct lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Stay updated on US staffing market trends and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 2 years to 5 years of experience in US Sales, Business Development, or US Staffing Sales.
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in a US Night Shift from the Jaipur office.
• Strong follow-up, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
